Doug Bennet's house
I love posters for events that never happened! This is all that exists to document the (non)-event of a group of activists crashing Doug Bennet's house party. I love Jean's cartoon of Dougie B popping the gender-neutral housing balloon!

Eclectic
Poster by Mario Aguilar
This show featured all of Dave Kadden's favorite bands. I remember that Oneida went on at about 2am, and played one song for about a half hour.
Mario says, "This was an incredible show. I got dumped at this party. MVB wrecked the place (literally)"

I love the little red area Mark colored in as a visual representation/logo for his group, The Set of Red Things.

Awesomefest was a yearly festival showcasing bands that had been formed in the past year at Wes. It took place in November each year. Each new band could play for 20 minutes. It wasn't uncommon for people to form "Awesomefest Bands" just to play this show - you had a built-in audience of the friends of 15 other new bands.

"Sociology Department/Fuck CSS" poster
Fall 2004

CSS made these tacky posters in 2004 about how CSS was "more than just a major", and plastered the Wesleyan campus with them. Someone took one of said CSS posters, scribbled all over it, and made this badass response.
